Crunching win for England, sets up the decider nicely. Wish Stokes would bat like that all the time, he's good enough too. Excellent confidence booster for Foakes too. Excellent disciplined bowling mostly and Jimmy just keeps doing his thing ! Brilliant day for the hoops and English, brandy time

A brilliant win, which sets it up nicely for the decider at the Oval, which I'll be going to.

A big boost having Robinson back. He's got quite a Test record - 39 wickets in 9 matches at an average of 21.28.

Have to say whatever Stokes said to Robinson about his fitness look to have done the trick. Looks alot leaner and able to bowl longer spells also at an average of 4mph quicker than his last test. Well done to Stokes for telling him to sort it out and we'll done to Robinson for heeding the advice !

Once again the graphics in the Hundred, which is apparently reaching some kind of climax, make me feel about 108.

Is this really lucrative for the players? They seem to be taking it quite seriously.

Wow, the coverage really is aimed at those with no attention span. Hopefully it’s working in attracting youngsters to the game. It’s still just about cricket and there’s a decent crowd in Old Trafford.

Ffs you couldn't make it up, of all the players ! Roy had been dropped from the World T20 Cup and will probably be recalled now. Such bad luck for Jonny and England.

SA 32-5 in the (now) 3 day test at The Oval.
Fantastic bowling from England, particularly Robinson.
The rendition of God Save The King at the start was, I believe, the first sporting event where the updated version was sung.
    Spine tingling.

I had tickets for yesterday and, whilst I don't agree with it, can understand the day's play being cancelled out of respect for the Queen. I would have thought though that making today day two and adding a day at the end if required would have been the obvious course of action.
