Perhaps we have but the commentators here are saying the Aussies are getting back into form. At the start of the comp they were considered to be 5 to 6/10 now those same commentators are saying 7 to 8/10, so hopefully a bit more to come. It's all coming together quite nicely for some cracking matches. Can you lot focus on getting some hot dry days for the next few weeks, please?

Why was Kohli bitching about the short boundary yesterday? Same for both teams mate, and the pitches are prepared by the ICC, not England.

Must admit I found that a bit strange........perhaps he should explain why India only hit a couple of 6's whereas England hit 13.....plus also explain why Dhoni went on a go slow only picking up 1's and 2's in the final 3 or 4 overs instead of having a go at the target.......

Anyway today SL are giving the WIndies a bit of a run around 247/4 from 39 overs, should go beyond 300 easily....

The Windies could've won today's game if Allen had set off for an easy single and not got stupidly run out.
 
Bangladesh v India today.....bring ear plugs if going to game as noise levels will be off the scale....

An India win today would suit England better as a win for Bangladesh would move them level with Pakistan on points and brings them into the equation for a semi final spot and they play Pakistan in their final game.....good for the neutral....
 
India fall away again and wind up with just 314 off their 50 overs. Probably enough, but they really should have got a lot more. Another odd performance from Dhoni, turning down singles off the first two balls of the last over only to get out off the third. Three wickets for two runs in the final over.
 
Bangladesh will fancy their chances now.....really good comeback from facing potential 370+

Don't get what dhoni is playing at......

If we lose against the Kiwis, losing 4 out of 9 games, we really don’t deserve to progress. As it is we are lucky that our run rate to date means it is in our own hands. [if I understand the way they calculate the final positions correctly, which might not be the case]

Might have something to do with the prospect of an England win helping eliminating Pakistan...

If we beat NZ, we qualify in third. If we lose, we would still go through if Bangla Desh beat Pakistan. Our run rate won't be a factor because Sri Lanka are already out due to their having less wins. It's very simple, Stan.

As to whether we would deserve it, if we were to sneak in to the semis but then beat India and Australia, we'd have won it on merit, I'd say. No one really cares how you qualified when it gets to the knockout stages.
