Two down now, with Root gone. The Aussie bowlers are pitching it up more than we did and are getting more swing.
 
Just back from walking the dog and the first ball I see is Bairstow playing a stupid bloody shot and getting himself out. Brainless!

Looking more and more like flat track bullies.

Always a good chance of losing at least two of these last three games. Wouldn’t have mattered if we had beaten Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The schedule was entirely in England’s favour, could have been secure in the semi finals now and taking it easy. Just not bright enough.
