England have bowled pretty poorly and things are looking a bit grim at the moment, but you really are doom-monger when it comes to cricket, Col.

A very long way to go yet.
 
Been bowling too short after first 10 overs, pitch it up for the movement......

100 up without lose after 18 overs........need to put a squeeze on somehow.
 
Maybe it's not such a bad pitch to bat on after all and should flatten out by the afternoon........

I was thinking the same Col, we've lost both games when we've had to chase runs. The cheats have made a good start here and I don't think this side has the minerals to do the business when under pressure.

Moeen has just got Warner caught by Root but I don't think it will be enough to supress the cheats from making 350 +
 
It was an obvious decision to put Australia in, but we just haven't bowled or fielded well enough - another missed stumping from Buttler just now.

Batting should get easier as the day goes on.
 
175/2 with 17 overs left.....Aussies will be thinking 350+ from here........need some wickets to slow the tempo
 
Finch gets a well deserved century and gets out next ball. I'm hoping for a batting collapse now to stand any chance of winning this match.
 
Good comeback by England.......248/5 with 5 overs left......anything between 280 & 300 will be a challenge but could have been a lot worse...
