Why would he die? The bandits won't target the bank as there's hardly any money in there. And if the Bank Manager has say $50 left in the bank, he could buy 2 bullets ($25) tonight and 2 bullets tomorrow night, so would be in the gunsmith both nights. <ok>

He's one of the safest people in town <laugh>
Yeah, I think the bank ran out of cash, as the bulletin said we can no longer pay for the Sheriff, Deputy or Doc after today, so I don't see why the bank woild be a target. I had also thought the bank manager could choose to be elsewhere if he felt vulnerable (such as guarding another property) but looking at the rules again, I'm not so sure. Looks like he stays in the bank unless he goes to buy bullets?

The bandits only get one recruiting opportunity as part of their nightly actions.

They can use it on any night from night 3 onwards.

I cannot comment further.
The way I read this is:
1) They can only recruit one member the standard way as listed in the OP, from day 3 onwards.
2) They can get new member(s) another non-standard way. Nev mentioned hidden tasks in the OP so I bet they can get members through that method. Mustyfrog and Sebb are the two prime suspects for this method, it's by far the likeliest option.

Out of the two I suspect I suspect Mustyfrog a lot more than Sebb, as do others. I still think we should lynch the 100% guilty ACS tonight, but perhaps the Vigilante wants to take a sneaky shot at MustyFrog tonight? If not, we can always target those guys tomorrow and see what happens.

For those of you that are going to suggest we have a tied lynch vote with Mustyfrog and Sebb today to see what happens, and leave the Vigilante to kill ACS tonight, that's not a good idea as Vigilante only has 70% accuracy so could miss, and there could be bandits/townsfolk defending ACS if he is in a public place like the gunsmith.

Just one assumption that needs clarifying ...that a sole gang leader can't use his gangs .,get out if lynch card ..when alone ..
Ie IF acs was the sole Mcgraw and defacto leader ..can he not do anything and call on a ..'mysterious buddy' to save him?

If that is the case Donaldson could have recruited as their action

This is whaf I was trying to establish yesterday. Is Albert the last McGraw saving himself, or is he a Donaldson and effectively sacrificed brb?
This is key to knowing which bandit team could have recruited.

If they haven't ..They are going to be strapped for cash. .at risk of losing their hired gun ( again, not sure If a gang member promoted to hired gun requires daily payment like the deceased original one)
Nope they got burnt the one time they tried to steal.

Both hired guns are dead, but yeah they should hopefully be running low on bullets. Bullets (& hence money) is the lifeblood of this version of the game due to the back-and-forth shootouts, the bandits never seemed to get that aspect under control. Meanwhile townies have TONS of bullets, I'm sitting on dozens at the moment! <laugh> Insert "Come at me bro" meme here...

I'll give a brief summary of every team again. An important note that Neville confirmed for me when I asked is that even though bandits get upgraded when their members die, they retain their old shooting accuracy, so they just gain the better role's actions.

Bandit McGraws - 1+2? (QT board)
Investigator (now the Gang Leader) - ?? [50% accuracy]
Recruit - Perhaps (Can recruit from day 3)
Special Recruit - Perhaps (Due to secret task to get a new member, probably Mustyfrog or Sebb)

Threat level: Low.
Gang leader has all his actions but only 50% accuracy so should die if attacking someone who is in a public place.
Need to keep an eye on possible recruits.


Bandit Donaldsons - 2+1? (QT board)

Drunk Arsonist- ?? [25% accuracy]

They won't be a threat by themselves unless Neville introduced a Vampire type role. My bet is that they have secret tasks in order to join certain teams, or teams have certain tasks to get these guys to join. Not necessarily just the bad teams, the tavern or bank team could have them too.
HOWEVER Neville pretty much confirmed earlier that they can end up joining the bad team(s) under certain conditions. So something to keep an eye on.

There is a possible alternative. Again, it goes back to whether or not Albert was able to save himself as leader of the McGraws. That could mean the Donaldsons recruited instead and so would be a strong threat by now.

IF Albert were McGraw, that might mean he already had an assistant (Sebb or Musty).

Just something to think about. Lynching ACS seems a must, but the Donaldsons might be stronger than you think IF Albert is McGraw.
 
I will make a plea once again. TAVERN TEAM. I don't have a clue who you are. You're likely to be the biggest in numbers now. So 4 people witn a consistent view would make life sooooooooo much clearer to to the rest of Town. I don't just mean voting ACS, I mean views on other players, or tactics. You must be discussing things on your QT board.
I know you can't say you are Tavern, but the more people who create similar pictures the more it helps everyone fill in the gaps and leaves a few exposed.

Pretty much, just because he has been relatively quiet, near on silent for most of it.
And of the silent folk, he is the one I cannot get a read on.
