The big thing persuading me here is that it is a ploy that the bandits could use. Also I don't think Chippy would have thought this up if he was just saving himself and needed an excuse to save himself a second time. (Sorry Chippy).

Someone needs to tally up what roles are left and what actions are left for the bad guys.
Me being hung tonight could swing things and allow another night of carnage for the bad guys.
I really don't think you should let the bad guys get access to me, hence me going into the sanctuary.

I think likely is he's saving himself.

Could be be a bit set up but do we risk it? I'd say we're probably all about 95% sure he is bandit but if he's not then we all have egg on our face and have been played in which case I guess have to say well played.

The fact Brb died and was a bandit instead though is what is leading me to suspect that acs must have just been saving himself. Try surely wouldn't risk a team mate to save an innocent person even if it does set him up for tonight?

Way i see it, it is one of three options:

a) ACS is the lone bandit and he chose to save himself because, why the hell not, he is on his own and it was a last desperate act to pro long his life in the game. Someone random was lynched in his stead and it just happened to be a member of the other bandit team

b) ACS is on the other bandit team with 2 others, and they saved his life even though he is pretty much a known bandit, sacrificing one of their own, who wasn't nearly as suspected in the process. This seems unlikely

c) One of the bandit teams chose save to ACS, who is a townie, because they knew it would throw us off and immediately think that confirms ACS status as a bandit and waste another nightfall hanging him, leaving them to do whatever the **** for another night. And it slightly backfired because one of their own was picked at random to be killed in his stead. Though it half worked because it looks like townie ACS is up for the gallows again tonight.

Which one seems most plausible.

Now I must say up front that I'm sure some quieter players are bad guys, but it's very hard to get a read on them.
The above three have been suspicious for different reasons, but I bet at least 2 of them are town and probably only 1 (if any) are bad guys.
I'm just saying if I had to pick active players to be bandits those would be my 3...

Reasoning was partly the way they've gone after players that I thought looked pretty innocent.
Bodanki targeted GCB when he was looking pretty innocent, and a few of his recent comments like the one above have been suspicious. Above one seem slike trying to protect ACS who we are 99% sure is a bandit.
BobbyD has been quiet but did pop up and target GCB for a while as well.
IBWT went after afc, but once public opinion on afc swung then he admitted afc was innocent and has been posting constructively since then.

Not much to go on, I know, but in case I snuff it I'd rather have this out there.

One of the bandit teams can still save someone from the lynch, so I propose that we keep one of our other suspects in #2 place in the vote. Just in case they try it. For that reason I vote Mustyfrog to try get him into the #2 position, obviously ACS needs to be #1.

Just one assumption that needs clarifying ...that a sole gang leader can't use his gangs .,get out if lynch card ..when alone ..
Ie IF acs was the sole Mcgraw and defacto leader ..can he not do anything and call on a ..'mysterious buddy' to save him?

If that is the case Donaldson could have recruited as their action

A lynch save cannot happen if only one gang member remains. You can't be on the scaffold and on horseback at the same time.

Just one more comment on ACS, don't get yourselves in a spin guys. It does not matter if he's Bandit team 1 or 2, either way we need to lynch him. There's no way a bandit team is going to give up all their night actions to save a townie, if he was town they would have let him swing.

Focus on what is important, debating which team he is from is pointless as we'll only know for sure after the results tonight.
