Off Topic Coyote Canyon Game Thread

The big thing persuading me here is that it is a ploy that the bandits could use. Also I don't think Chippy would have thought this up if he was just saving himself and needed an excuse to save himself a second time. (Sorry Chippy).

 

I'm very basic, as all townies are.

 

Someone needs to tally up what roles are left and what actions are left for the bad guys.
Me being hung tonight could swing things and allow another night of carnage for the bad guys.
I really don't think you should let the bad guys get access to me, hence me going into the sanctuary.

 

I think likely is he's saving himself.

Could be be a bit set up but do we risk it? I'd say we're probably all about 95% sure he is bandit but if he's not then we all have egg on our face and have been played in which case I guess have to say well played.

The fact Brb died and was a bandit instead though is what is leading me to suspect that acs must have just been saving himself. Try surely wouldn't risk a team mate to save an innocent person even if it does set him up for tonight?

 

I have lots of 'egg on face' gifs lined up for 9.01pm.

 

Has ACS been to the Priest?
Maybe we should go after someone else tonight and send ACS to the Priest for confirmation?
Not sure. I just think this sounds like a plan I would do if I was a bandit. Save a townie to incriminate him.

Ahh just noticed that BRB had the second highest number of lynching votes, which is why he was probably picked instead.
Was this caveat made known to the bandits I wonder? Because it doesn't say that in the rules.

Hmmmmmm I did wonder where this comment came from last night. Albert said he couldn't reveal himself. Coild it be that Albert is innocent? Now I am headf***ed.

 

If ACS is a bandit and he goes to the priest, we can lynch him tomorrow.
Plus if he is with the Priest he cannot take any actions right?
If he is a townie and he goes to the Priest, then I have saved a townies life

 

For the record (in case I'm killed tonight), my other suspicious characters out of the fairly talkative players are

IBWT

Now I must say up front that I'm sure some quieter players are bad guys, but it's very hard to get a read on them.
The above three have been suspicious for different reasons, but I bet at least 2 of them are town and probably only 1 (if any) are bad guys.
I'm just saying if I had to pick active players to be bandits those would be my 3...

Reasoning was partly the way they've gone after players that I thought looked pretty innocent.
Bodanki targeted GCB when he was looking pretty innocent, and a few of his recent comments like the one above have been suspicious. Above one seem slike trying to protect ACS who we are 99% sure is a bandit.
BobbyD has been quiet but did pop up and target GCB for a while as well.
IBWT went after afc, but once public opinion on afc swung then he admitted afc was innocent and has been posting constructively since then.

Not much to go on, I know, but in case I snuff it I'd rather have this out there.

One of the bandit teams can still save someone from the lynch, so I propose that we keep one of our other suspects in #2 place in the vote. Just in case they try it. For that reason I vote Mustyfrog to try get him into the #2 position, obviously ACS needs to be #1.

 

A lynch save cannot happen if only one gang member remains. You can't be on the scaffold and on horseback at the same time.

 

How do you figure that? How am I playing you either way re Albert? I kept saying I didn't know his role. I was voting brb not Acs last night. Equally, when he was saved I naturally assumed he was a bandit - just like everyone else and then voted for him.So either way, I have no association with Albert, aside from his constant 'Obi is dodgy' crap he spouts every game - even when we are teammates

Clever move by Obi to make out he is having second thoughts though.
Can someone measure his forearms and calves please as he is becoming a top, top puppetmaster?
Also.. does he have a look of colonel sanders.... ?

Just one more comment on ACS, don't get yourselves in a spin guys. It does not matter if he's Bandit team 1 or 2, either way we need to lynch him. There's no way a bandit team is going to give up all their night actions to save a townie, if he was town they would have let him swing.

Focus on what is important, debating which team he is from is pointless as we'll only know for sure after the results tonight.
