The absolute irony of having a thread called mental illness and then one before it called Covidiots where you basically call people who maybe can’t cope and need to get out the house idiots.
Yes there are a few that are taking the piss with the rules by having house parties etc but most are struggling and the only escape they have is to out for a walk. It’s been nearly a year now and people just want to see their family or their friends. People just want a sliver of hope and something to look forward to. Calling them covidiots is just another way for people who think they are better than them to put them down. To be honest this whole thread is just a absolute cluster ****.
Beer gardens open in 6 weeks man !!Only another three months of this hopefully.
And quite ironic that you would post such a thing on THIS particular thread ! I think there's quite a bit of difference between someone who needs to get out of the house for their own sanity (regardless of the reasons) and someone camping on a ****ing cliff edge with their kid like.

I think the vast majority of the population have been very patient with the rules and laws imposed on us in the past year. Yes there are a minority of idiots who cross the line but in the main people have been good.
How many people or should I say saints, can hand on their heart say that they've never broken any rules.
i think we have probably all broken the letter of the rules at some point. The difference is that some will have done it by forgetting to stay two metres apart a few times while talking, while others will have chosen to ignore them.
Exactly. It's like saying you can't criticise Adam Johnson if you've ever checked out a 19 year old in the street.

If you read what I said I mentioned about the fact people who are going to raves are ridiculous.Or the thousands of people who attended thousands of illegal raves, parties etc.... they aren't just wanting to get out of the house... they are wanting to get out of their trees on toot.
Now I don't know if you're lying here it telling the truth......The only rule I've ever broken is the one against lying on football forums
It's fairly obvious what's going on here.
Those in denial and vociferous over their own lack of rule-breaking, have something to hide.
Not me Guv, shouts Saint Albert of Consett....
