Totally bizarre and suicidal. You need a revolt against the political regime in Wales, long overdue.
The one ‘benefit’ is that it is giving us a glimpse of how life would look under a Labour-run Independent Wales .....

In any event, I think we had all better get used to Dripford levying an additional 1% on Income Tax next year .....

The Wales Governance Centre calculated a 1p rise in the basic rate of tax would give Cardiff Bay an extra £184m a year.

Well someone's got to pay and its won't be the politicians , and I expect it'll be more that a penny

I suspect that such an action by Drakeford could make for an interesting Senedd election next year..... <cheers>
I'm not so sure. voter apathy towards the WAG or what ever they call it these days may just mean that the sheep (or should I call them turkeys) will continue to do what they do when they vote for labour

You are probably right Matt - but those people (myself included) who normally don’t bother, now have a ‘positive’ reason for voting.

Not forgetting that there is now an ‘Abolish the Welsh Assembly’ Party
