England has been publishing the wrong data.

Its reporters have shown that the figures being published for the English council areas "contain only a fraction of the real total in those areas". England is only including the results of one type of test in the data it is publishing for local authorities - the number of positive tests recorded in hospitals.

They are also giving out wrong information on the numbers tested.
They very craftily stated the number of tests NOT the number of people tested.
So a swob test of nose and throat on ONE person was counted as TWO tests.
In so doing made it look like they were testing more people.

Anyone here about the guy who posted on twitter that he booked a Covid-19 test, but missed it because he overslept, but a few days later he had a positive result in the post!..............<laugh><laugh>

So,we close schools as children are carriers of Covid-19.
Now in September we fully reopen schools as children are not carriers of Covid-19.

No wonder folk do not know what is going on and ignore the rules given out.

Not a given about secondary schools yet. The unions want to see the scientific evidence on transmission among older pupils and what plans the government has in place for school transportation.

We'll go from about 80 a day to 970. My class will go from 6 pupils to 30 <doh>

Some football clubs have also started training with children despite football still being banned under FAW guidelines.
Really don't know what to say , the science is showing that kids are pretty robust regarding contracting the virus but how the hell do teachers manage the physical interaction , I feel for you
Plans are in place for local leagues to start but I know the decision whether kids attend training sessions is down purely to the parents

After reading the evidence from TAG today and Kirsty Williams should be sacked for misleading the public yesterday. The scientific evidence that she spoke about yesterday only concerns children under the ages of 12.
The scientists still advise that secondary school children remain in bubbles of 10 maximum.

Her misleading the public yesterday will only create more worry and mistrust for the parents about the safety of schools.
