Christ. Almost blocked and just sneaks in. Can't pretend it's an undeserved result based on how they played in the regular season, but still.

3 road teams win in the wildcard.

Beefy's odds gets stronger, goodluck mate!

Lacy would hurdle it!!

I fear for BabyhornetDan, if the Packers cant stop the 49'ers from scoring a TD on this drive, I fear it might be over for them... 3d and 8 coming up.
It was sooo close to an interception the play before that and we know what small margins win games.

Bad luck BHDan:( They gave it their best shot.
I am happy with the season. We lost Rodgers for 7 weeks, so to get to the playoffs was an achievement in itself. If we add a pass rusher and a couple of extra defensive players we could make the step next season and could be a Superbowl contender. But finishing the game with only one healthy OLB is always tough and Matthews was a huge miss this week too. But onwards an upwards.

I don't know about Jones, he makes brilliant catches at times, yet he can completely disappear like in tonight's game. Maybe a couple of defensive players from Seattle when all the contracts are up for extension there.

Here is a list:

The only Seahawks defensive free agent really worth looking at is Michael Bennett, who is a 4-3 end so wouldn't exactly be a perfect fit, and would probably have too high a cap hit to squeeze into the Packers. So probably not.

If Dungy and Harrison make it, I'll be over the moon. I'd be surprised if Marvin didn't, but Tony I don't think has much of a chance. I'd think Walter Jones and Michael Strahan are basically locks... Brooks probably too. I'll just hope Dungy sneaks in as the fifth with those four.

For everyone who was unhappy about Bruno Mars at the Super Bowl half time, you might be pleased (or not) to hear that Red Hot Chili Peppers will be there too.
