one thing i think we should all demand is that anyone breaking the law has stepped outside the 'regular' society rules and therefore loses any and all rights, no special treatment for the 'toffs', none of the drugs that we hear are rife inside (helps quiet them down and makes them easier to look after, apparently) and go back to 'hard labour'...make jail a place they really do not want to be.
this person is either trying it on to see how far they can push it or is in serious need of mental health therapy...or maybe just another who wants to try and go down in history or be the 'next manson'.

If he wants to identify as a baby he'll need to have a responsible adult to make decisions for him, that's the law.

It’s quite unbelievable that the prison service even have to think about these demands. What an absolute load of tosh.
I doubt they're really thinking about it mate.
But we all have to pretend these days in case we're attacked for discrimination.
remember, we are talking about a service that had to stop wearing boots on night shift because the prisoners complained of the noise, bloke i was talking to left as he was told he had to wear slippers from now on.
Surely that's blatant discrimination against nocturnal prisoners and insomniacs ...

****ing morons. As others have said bring back prisons of old. Try to turn them into a place where they are productive adding something to society by working but if isn't possible bring back victorian hard labour!
i honestly have no idea if it is 100% fact but the lad that told me was ex prison officer.
i was in hospital for 2 weeks after my heart attack, obviously there is noise on a night time and most of us just did our best to get some kip...but one old lad was up and down wanting doors closed and lights off and asking the nurses to keep the noise down he was making more racket than any fecker, sometimes you just have to realise you could be so much worse off.
never expected anything like this in my lifetime, if someone told me this would happen 10 years ago i would laugh in their face.its now time for the British public to stop this ****e in its tracks

Then treat her as a baby. Food always mashed ( limited choice of tastes) Only water, juice or milk to drink. A baby has no need of tv , phones, computers or recreational facilities. Etc
