Nope.
A contract doesn’t have to be signed to become a legal document.
Very few instances in 2022 that require a signature. Not saying I agree with it by the way, but trying to dodge a sky bill because you didn’t sign anything won’t wash I’m afraid.

Same as you can enter an agreement purely by parking in a car park. Don't have to sign anything to become liable.

Your a football fan.......does a player sign contract or not and when signed is it legally binding.........now do you think Ronaldo or that barca boy would be free to go if they had a gentleman's agreement or a computer tick box agreement and hadn't had signature on paper witnessed by others my take and the legal take is they most definitely would be free.

Pen on paper is the only legal contract the rest is an lack of education by the public to agree something over the phone <laugh>
If Man Utd have supplied Ronaldo with everything that was stated in his contract (wages, bonuses etc), then no, he couldn’t just leave whenever he wanted to.

But that's the thing you take it on and they pull out of it because they know on court nothing has been physically signed......yes you get threatening letters that get worse but it's fear factor......you grow some balls and theirs will wither just like it did with the brave who fought the covid fines....the others just paid up the fking muppets

A 'wet signature' is still required for many things so there are definite examples but it absolutely isn't an essential for everything.

I don't pay private parking tickets mate because it's a civil matter rather than legal and they can only enforce it by going to a small claims court.

It's not because it's not legitimate that they don't bother. It's because it doesn't make financial sense to pay legal fees for a tiny amount and you're right that they rely on those who pay up straight away.

If you owed them grand plus then they almost certainly would take you to court and win lol.

If a signature was required, I’d imagine that most multi billion dollar companies would just get you to sign a paper contract if it was needed.
Must be better than running the risk of millions of your customers walking away.

Dont think you got the memo, everyone is vaccined and therefore they just push a button and mind control us into buying Sky Movies.

No contracts required

For everything that's truly legal it is the only official document the top courts(fk magistrates they ain't educated enough in law) would except as an legal agreement because there's always a witness that counter signs that states you understood clearly what you was taking on with said contract.

Funny thing I seen when getting threatening letters from some film downloading hunters who were claiming loses for a film called the company we keep(fking **** film and never downloaded it)....started off they wanted me to admit it and stated a cost of 8000 pounds for the loss caused

I ignored it.....6months later they upped the threat.....now I was part of a swarm with hundreds of thousand globally and costs could rise to 200thousand pounds based on the swarm numbers lol.

I ignored it......all had supposed legal court letters which was from the courts but they hand them out to any **** who pays 15 pound for a fake but looking legal court letter.

Anyways I've heard nothing from them for over 6 years now and you know why because they have up and sold it to some other whipper snapper solicitor group and then they will just start sending of letters again and so it goes on year after year.

Do you know why I didn't answer them it was because they need a person taking me on and not no fking building name in which the signature was supposedly written by lol..........Lord lucas spoke about speculative invoicing by fraudsters many years back and suggested the government put a letter on website so for anyone who gets a letter from fraudsters they could just print it of send it to said solicitors and that would be the last you hear from them......government done nothing and left they're unkowing population at the mercy of criminals out 2 extort money from people who aint very sharp

I can tell you straight now that no legal eagle worth thy salt that knows true common law would pay any fine because some **** put a sign up saying this is my car park and you have entered a contract by being in it......no person just a metal sign..and like you said its a civil matter and they definitely wouldn't want it going into the crown court

Profits up by 411% to £1.34bn

and that’s just for the first half of the year.

meanwhile ordinary working folk are facing massive hikes in their bills whilst these leeches are paying their shareholders some tasty dividends
