What a strange question.
Not really. You seem to have a definitive view on how deaths are being reported, labelling it bullshit.

Despite this weary argument being shot to pieces over a year ago, primarily by both the excess death numbers and the ONS stats, you appear to be peddling the same tripe. The daily figures aren’t definitive, as there’s lags, the ONS stats are, As I said earlier, if you reckon you know better then tell the authorities fella. I’m done here. Cheers.

You ever seen a death certificate?

I remember going through the causes of death when my old man passed away. They want to know primary cause and any underlying causes. So in the case of covid, anywhere it's mentioned on a death cert, it will defo be a contributing factor. These bellends who go on about 'oh if you get hit by a bus but you've had covid it will be recorded as a covid death' ...err, no it won't.

But if somebody dies from Pneumonia, and they've had covid, then it's clearly going to have had a factor

Lots of talk this morning softening us up for a ‘firebreak’.

Meant to be going to football on the 26th, 27th, 28th and 30th ffs. ****s.

There are already laws in place to deal with class A's though, it's just the plans to take away driving licences and passports of otherwise law abiding people that I think it a badly thought out idea.

It's designed to be a punitive deterrent, but like Sucky has said, no prohibition has ever worked, it will just criminalise people that society relies on to go to work, look after elderly parents, take kids to school, work in hospitals etc. It will create more problems that it seeks to achieve.
Most businesses have drug rules in place that would mean they would lose their jobs if randomly tested anyway. Taking passports and driving licences away doesn't criminalise them - taking Class A drugs is what does that.

So, my Mrs who is ten years younger than me and had her vaccines a month later than me, has her booster appointment.

I don't.

So ****ing random.

But Drakeford will stop us having a drink soon, that'll sort it.

I just went online and booked mine, at the time it just gave me the date that was exactly 6 months from my last vaccine.

Yeah, you can't do that here. Got to wait for a text or letter.

There's an e mail address and I had some comms last week, and then it stopped and I still didn't get an appointment!

I was receiving clinically vulnerable letters in 2020 for **** sake, they need to make their mind up.

Nobody is lying on the certificates which is why the word "with" is used instead of from, the 28 days is purely to bring us in line with others according to you so we look better.
It would be so much easier and more accurate to record deaths "from" Covid and it's related complications.

Not sure where you have been getting your information from for the last 18 months dude ... you don't die "from" Covid... it is a virus that renders the body's immunity defences ineffective / severely weakened ... you then die from ailments that your immune system might normally have been able to cope with ... hence the excess death numbers are the most accurate barometer of the impact of this virus ...

How the **** is it almost 2022 and people are still saying “dIeD wItH nOt Of CoViD”?

Figures in South Africa said a couple of weeks ago that there were 13 people in hospital with omicron but 9 of them were in hospital for other things but they just happened to test positive on admission. That certainly raised that old question again in my mind as the press just went with "13 people hospitalised with Omicron in South Africa"
