Nicola Sturgeon is only just stopping short in her briefing today of using the words 'border checks' between England and Scotland, when challenged on the scenario. <laugh>

@A.L.D.O 4.1 do you cross the border into England, if so, sorry pal, we are going to have to restrict you from entering our beloved land. <whistle>

It's fine mate. Boris usually catches up with Nicola after about a week so unlikely to be border checks.

If it was up to me I'd build a wall and make yoos pay for it like wot you do for our bridges.

Northern Ireland is already basically part of the Republic again after Boris' botched brexit deal. Looks like Scotland are going to push for another referendum too. We'll probs see Mark Drakeford calling for independence next and the Conservative and Unionist party will be overseeing a tiny corner of the old Empire from an office in Woking. <laugh>

No mention of the almighty fook up by the EU I notice, let's blame Boris. I'll be straight with you, fooking glad I voted Brexit, and Brussels demonstrated quite clearly why I wanted out of the monster that has been created over 50 years. You can bang on about Boris as much has you like in your little empire called Cornwall, nicely detached from the real world down there. Much like your past bolloxs about the environment, the caring Pinkie, until it affects his lifestyle, it's fook the world.

It was just an observation mate.

Pretty sure Brexit has ****ed Cornwall eight ways to Christmas tbh. It’s certainly done for the poor mug fishermen who were so keen on it.

Tragic thing is, most of the fishing community voted for it on the back of promises that we'd 'take our waters back'.

The folk asking straight after the vote if the government would definitely carry on with their EU funding... great memories.

Embarrassing really. Cornwall has benefited more than nearly every part of the UK from EU funding. It helped our fishing community, helped to build roads, a university, supported small business and made a massive impact in what is a low wage economy with areas of huge deprivation.

Tbf it was Cornwall Council who asked Govt if they would make up the shortfall after they took us out of the EU, and got told to **** off.

Sunlit uplands and all that.
