Most people accept that as a fairly obvious point when discussing the availability and affordability of homes, old bean, much as they do when denizens of Dordogneshire whinge about British retirees ramping up the prices of property in the region in which their own ancestors have lived for millennia.
Here’s some advice, if you want a reasoned debate on the impact of immigration on housing stock in the U.K. then framing all immigrants as ‘ethnically and culturally alien’ isn’t conducive to starting said debate.
