You've obviously never seen it happen then........ Jordan maxwell would be a good place for you to start your enlightenment......... Word play and laws of the water.
Who’s he? and what the **** has he got to do with a discussion about COVID fines?

Some noddy creating a scene in a courtroom and chatting legally illiterate bollocks about contract law.

Hilarious.

It ain't even a complete video ... it ends mid sentence with no explanation of what happened <laugh>
There’s a second part to it. The magistrate called a halt to the utter farce and they issued a court judgement for the full amount he owed, which if not paid would have resulted in debt collection.

What a victory. Only it wasn’t. As they falsely claimed they had taken control of the court under common law, this is bullshit, the magistrate ended the proceedings.

Time wasting knobheads

I haven’t got any beef with you mate. We’re cool.

I’ve looked into this common law stuff before mate and I’m not sure it's the ticket to circumvent the law as some people think it is. As I say, I've had some real life experience with this with a good friend of mine who went right down this rabbit hole, to the point where he refused to acknowledge his legal name, claiming it was given to him without his consent and therefore any jurisdiction of the law didn't apply to him as he gave no consent to it.

He was fully into this idea that the court has no power, unless you consent to give them the power. In the end the Judge applied the law and gave him an 8 month custodial and it's ****ed his life up good and proper.

Good thing is that a fine is only payable if you agree to the fine...... no law no fine.

Its a scare tactic just like speeding parking and TV licence scams.

Just one question, Citizen Smith ... how can they know that you don't have a TV licence if you are just a guest at the party eh? ... you didn't think it through mate :emoticon-0178-rock:

So we've finally had our first covid positive case at work. The lad is at home, doing ok it seems (even though they didn;t tell the name, it took all of about 3 minutes for people to know)

Year 9 at daughter's school all sent home yesterday after a confirmed case ... like the kid won't have also come into contact with the other year groups ... <doh>

... no more than 6 in a class next? Or some other seemingly random 'safety' number... getting a bit like a Monty Python sketch <laugh>

The messages have been inconsistent from day one. Stay home, but go to work, but stay home, but only if you can, you can't meet up with more than 2 people from your household, but you can go to work and mix with dozens of different households, you must social distance, but we're opening up the pubs, so go and get drunk and go shopping too and he's a voucher for 50% off at Pizza Express, and oh whoops the R rate is now at 1.7

And now we have a bunch of Covidiots telling everybody to ditch the masks and **** off the social distancing because it's all a hoax and it's Bill Gates' fault.

My Mum got lucky as she had her hip replacement (finally) done last week . Now as a brand new dedicated orthapedic unit probably stay operating longer than still in a general hospital .
Also means she is fairly housebound so a lockdown won't make much difference <laugh>
