The Good Law Project have instigated legal proceedings re: Cummings handing out hundreds of £M’s worth of Govt contracts to his old mates, without any form of tender process.

One to watch.

Boris will defend him. Cumings knows more about Boris's involvement in that Desmond deal. Private Eye have tracked the story for years. Boris is just trying to do a Trump and say 'I'm barley while I'm PM', thinking he's untouchable now, and by time he's not PM it will have blown over. Shibtag could well be right as well - there's no shame or honour with this gang: Boris only got onto the Brexit bandwagon for personal advantage, He'll never leave office on a point of principle.

The law won’t differentiate, if they acted illegally he’s ****ed.

I hope you're right. But he was really, by precedent, supposed to have done a cabinet investigation into the Cumings' affair, but simply said no and that the PPS was too busy. Didn't he threaten to do away with The Supreme Court when it found against him over proroguing Parliament? With an 80 seat majority he thinks he's fireproof. That and the fact that Murdoch will doubtless have the goods on any judge that dares rule against him in a resigning action.

I was referring to Cummings mate. His mitts are all over this, it could be the final straw for the unelected maverick.

WTF has the fact that a TV licence is a legal requirement, got to do with a privately brought and funded legal case about the potential illegal awarding of Govt contracts?

What a truly stupid **** you are.

Has your font of wisdom, the internet, explained to you yet how 5g electro-magnetic waves have the ability to mutate cell structures and cause diseases, even though they're not powerful enough to ionise molecules from any distance unless you hug the transmitter for days on end? Do they use something from Harry Potter?

There’s an ‘exceptional circumstance’ clause in all OJEU (public) tender processes (which will be Find Tender or something from next year).

Public sector contracting is a minefield and 9/10 times the method for scoring tenders can be manipulated to award the job to whoever you want to get it anyway. That is the EU have no jurisdiction over whether your priority should be cost, experience, green policy, corporate or ethical responsibility etc. If somebody conducted a deep dive into awarded high value contracts for MOD etc I’m sure there’ll be at least a tenuous link back to somebody in the government on many occasions.

Harry Potter Internet fonts.......... I take it you're a specialist in this area.

Fking bullshit twat..... Got your info from mainstream I guess..... The fonts of truth.

If you looked outside of your very small box of information you will see specialist in the field of science don't agree with the payed for answers from capitalists phone companies desperate to give you this product no matter what health concerns surround it at present.

You didn’t need the last sentence @Tobes, that fact was established a while back.

That's just opinions fella I'm cool with not being liked but every person I come across in life ... I'll also take it as a compliment I'm nothing like most of the the puppets on this forum.
