Not sure, someone else might know, but I think the eco models can, ones that run on electric and fuel.

So can petrol if it's a small engine. I did Soton to Newcastle without stopping for fuel in December.

I would expect him to have a much bigger/better car than me though <laugh>

One of them needs to ask, why he felt the need to have his wife and kid in the car, when he embarked on his 30 mile ‘test drive’ on his wife’s birthday........when the aim of the test drive was to see if he was safe to drive?

Or simply why are you insisting on lying about everything, current guy is asking about honesty at least

He drove a discovery up there. Apparently at a push you could squeeze 450 miles out of it on one tank, but unlikely and he'd needed to have conveniently had a full tank just as he decided to make that drive of course. It's on twitter

If he wasn’t safe to drive then the wife would take over at the wheel. The kid come because he was a kid, and therefore shouldn’t be left on his own at home.

No not the small cars, I thought some of the large hybrids could do 400+ miles...maybe i'm wrong.

Or his dad has a bowser on his farm site with some red diesel in.
