With all that's going on with crazy politicians and Coronavirus,it's nice to see something funny(?!) on the box.
I was watching a crazy show......the cops in a small American town stop this car being driven erratically. They get the man out of his car and he is drunk as a skunk. Not only that, the police recognise him by name......it turns out he is the town's mayor. He admit's to being drunk and the police put him in handcuffs. He tells the cops that he's out of booze but wouldn't mind a blow job. To which the police roll up laughing. They ask him if he was alone in his car. He tells them "No,the wife's in there.!" They go to check and find it empty. The mayor is not only drunk but lost his bloody wife too........

Well, you've got to giggle haven't you!!!!!?

I don’t think it’s fair to micro analyse individual cases anymore.

I’m seeing allsorts of non essential socialising taking place outside and I’m seeing Cops doing nothing about it. If I can tell that a gang of youths don’t live in one house...then why can’t these cops. That’s just one example.

I’d say it’s more essential to visit your own loved ones. It’s certainly more essential than being allowed to queue up at the chippy like there’s a concert taking place inside.

What does a chippy concert look like and who is headlining?

I’ll start with Cod Stewart.

Obviously Shakira is there singing “Chips Don’t Lie”.

Yeh but Cummings and his cronies are lecturing us on social distancing. How dare they do that and then go see his mum. What about my mum? When Harry and Meghan were lecturing on climate change whilst eating red meat and taking a holiday I was hating on them too. I could use that to hate on her dark skin and the fact they stuck 2 fingers up to the press and monarchy who I adore. So it's all about consistency. Consistency of those who lecture us. And consistency in me using their hypocrisy to hate on them for other reasons.

He is a **** though. Now excuse me I'm off to see my mum.

It's a fair point.

BUT...he's got to go.

Reason being, there has been millions of people who have adhered to the advice, and a lot of elderly families who have missed their grandchildren. Not only did he do to the contrary of advice he was heavily involved in, but he also is alleged to have visited his 71 year old mum - the very age category of vulnerable people we are supposed to be protecting.

I've always tolerated the lockdown, for reason of 'it saves lives' as soon has someone removes that reasoning, that's when the government can fook right off with it's guidelines.

He has to go but it's meaningless. How many times was Mandelson sacked by Blair for similar fck ups and then 6 months later given a "new" role? If Cummings is sacked he'll be back by the end of the year doing the same job but it'll be called "policywalla" or something.

I just meant my general thinking with regards to the situation...I understand that a leading figure has to be seen to be backing his words and if not...then he’s takin the piss

He give us Brexit and the current Conservative government. The guy has earned the right for the country to overlook this little mishap.

When was the last time the entire senior cabinet was sent out to try and haplessly defend an unelected bureaucrat?

Asking for a confused nation.
