We are getting support from 2 non food depots, and got a **** load of agency starting. Plus they are taking on Temps...

They were asking me again to be a trainer,,But i still hold a grudge after last year and truckgate.

You are obvs a good worker but it doesn't get appreciated !

Which is very true. But i'm always fit as a fiddle for work...And it's my choice that i only work heavy. Guess it's my way off keeping fit....Although i'm ****ed each day...So it's catch22.

As for the managers, they are all being rather nice at the moment..The 2 faced ****s.

When I left school I started as a butcher in 1982 .
The first thing my grandad said was there is always a need for food lad !
I've come back around to it and he was right .
Died a few years back but he was right !

Now i've sat dowm, i'm ****ed....So gonna get up get some scran...(homemade chips, cod and chorizo fishcakes) and hit the sack...I've done 34 hrs overtime in the last 2 weeks,,,So need to sleep and eat correctly.

Let's see what the next week brings..If i get through it..

ok peeps, am back after a week or so off, need to tell you, as serious as this Covid 19 is for the older generation, if you or your loved ones are under 70 and do not have any underlying health conditions, you will be fine.
I wasn't tested but 111 was pretty sure I had Corona virus, as did my youngest daughter.
My throat and sinuses were sore, and my chest felt like it was on fire and I had quite a painful dry cough....
Serious though, I have had worse colds. If it was Covid 19 I had, and based on everything, I am almost certain it was, then unless you are old as **** and/or have a respiratory condition, you will be fine.
Self isolate, dont go near the elderly or the ill and you will be fine.

Been isolating for 8 days now, my whole family has, as my 3 year old had it too, and honestly it wasn't all that bad, pain wise. I know it differs for different people, but like I said, as long as you are under 70 and relatively healthy, you will likely be fine.

No one is doubting the hard work and commitment of the NHS staff. They’re going to have the most horrendous few weeks, bless every one of them. The problem is they’ve been shat on for years. No point trying to sugar coat a turd.

Quite a few seem to criticise the NHS , but I like to think none of it is aimed at the Doctors and Nurses etc .
