As I understand it, the cheeky ****s are getting the interest on the 3 month mortgage holiday paid by the Govt.

So what you got, was likely a result of piss poor briefing of their call centre staff......or the call handler just thought you were a **** <whistle>

I have the same problem when I'm pissed. My bank account says "empty" but I misread it as "Use up all your savings, whats the worst than can happen?"
