Indeed. Hasn’t robbed a bank, has robbed every one of us to the tune of nearly £40bn

And yet his cronies still defend him.

As I’ve said before, I hope he stays because he will bum **** the tories into oblivion <ok>

Not for another couple of years yet, although it could be called at any time I believe as the fixed term parliament act has been repealed ?

Also if there was a vote of no confidence in the Govt, that would also trigger a GE

This bit caught my attention, I did think at the time it didn't feel right, always a risk when you cross the floor...

To be really honest, the cheering of a Tory MP crossing the floor in the House of Commons, an MP who has voted against everything we believe in, crystallised the deep unease. What I immediately felt was pain for all of those who are forced to use food banks, all of those who are going through the punitive ‘social security’ system, for all of the amazing activists protesting against the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill, including Gypsy and Traveller people, who are also at the heart of resisting the racism in this legislation — some of the many reasons why this whooping by elected representatives of my own party, on that day, was so inappropriate and jarring for so many.

There's some great reverse psychology going on there (intentional or not)

Because the more the oppo highlight what a hypocritical nob jockey Boris is, and the more they call for Tory MPs to oust him, the more they will dig their heels in and keep the useless blob in office. Thereby keeping them on a trajectory to a mauling at the next election <ok>

It was never ‘pets over people’ These are just some of the 67 the
@Nowzad charity rescued. (Now going to school)

The animals went in the cargo hold of the flight.

I've absolutely no way of ascertaining if that was the case, or under threat or not, not sure why you would think that. I see kids mentioned as being rescued, I see no reason as a human being why I should question that. I hear your point, but it's not one I've heard before, but if you seriously think there is something morally wrong in their rescue, click the '1hr' in the message above, and it will take you to his account, where you can ask the question and see if you can get any verification, from any person that chooses to reply. As I say, I just see children and animals being rescued, I see no reason why I should think in any other way towards the charity or dissect the children into various categories.

because that is exactly what the evacuation did assign priorities to those most in danger such as Afghans who had worked for foreign forces , Judges and Police .

As I say mate, I merely see a charity that rescued kids, that are now going to school in this country. They also rescued animals via the cargo hold or whatever it's called. That's a good human deed in my book, I find it sad that people see it any other way. Especially as I assumed they (the charity) paid for their own flight. Oh well that's the world of politics I suppose on national holocaust day - I don't question what passport they hold, or what religion they might be, I merely see human children and animals being rescued by a charity.
