I suspect it's a tactic to try and get people re-engaged more than anything. Dont see how that genuinely makes much difference. Must only be a small percentage holding those sorts of gatherings at home.

Since I’ve been back out an about in the last few weeks, I’ve noticed that masks are rapidly disappearing, social distancing appears to have gone, and hand sanitiser use appears to be far less. People seem to have largely written **** on it. Which doesn’t bode well as we head into Autumn and people automatically spend much less time outside and thus the normal flu season begins.
So many thick people mate, they need people telling them how to behave all the time.
It's a total joke from start to finish.
The farce with the isolation after holidays (the Country you are in has gone above safe limits but as long as you land back here by 4am in three days time you will be fine, 5am and you are quarantined

It's too late in my honest opinion. They weren't firm and clear enough from the beginning of this virus, you've got no chance of people following the rules now, that's what happens when you tart around and constantly change your mind.
