I suspect it's a tactic to try and get people re-engaged more than anything. Dont see how that genuinely makes much difference. Must only be a small percentage holding those sorts of gatherings at home.

 

So it is so serious that we need to make this drastic step....in 6 days time ... seriously?

 

Since I’ve been back out an about in the last few weeks, I’ve noticed that masks are rapidly disappearing, social distancing appears to have gone, and hand sanitiser use appears to be far less. People seem to have largely written **** on it. Which doesn’t bode well as we head into Autumn and people automatically spend much less time outside and thus the normal flu season begins.

 

So many thick people mate, they need people telling them how to behave all the time.

 

It's a total joke from start to finish.
The farce with the isolation after holidays (the Country you are in has gone above safe limits but as long as you land back here by 4am in three days time you will be fine, 5am and you are quarantined )

Things are getting worse so in 6 days we are going to impose new measures

 

I think a bit of leadership wouldn't go amiss though.

There was talk of "losing control" a couple of days ago. It would be fair to say the powers that be never exercised it in the first place.

Btw the thickest **** out of all the thick people being blamed in all this was Cummings. You can probably pinpoint it all back to that.

 

You need me in charge mate. I'd set the rules and anyone that breaks them gets shot. This is what happens when you go soft with people and demonstrate leniency, they take the piss. Rule with an iron fist I say.

It's good to see Matt Hancock being quite honest about how serious the threat is and the fcktards out there. But they need to stop this all things to all people bollox and go zero tolerance.

It's too late in my honest opinion. They weren't firm and clear enough from the beginning of this virus, you've got no chance of people following the rules now, that's what happens when you tart around and constantly change your mind.
