The lazy **** who leaves their trolley in the parking bay ?

 

Yes. It’s how to spot a twat. Just roll the **** into someone else’s car or leave it abandoned, as you’re too much of an actual twat to just walk 20 feet to stick it in the trolley park. It’s literally the same people.

 

It's a good indication of somebody's character. There is nothing to compel you to take your trolley back, nobody to chastise you or impose a sanction. And no reward or incentive other than simply doing it because it's the right thing to do.

 

It’s a bit more than that imo, as by taking it back you ensure that no one else has to either suffer from your laziness (the thing damages someone else’s car) or has to clear up after you i.e. do what you should have done yourself. It’s a tiny thing, but provides a big insight into people’s societal values.

 

Yeah I don't see it happening in a lot of smaller shops really. A lot of them ain't gonna want the hassle or lost custom, espescially in some rougher areas.

Agreed. You can see small shop owners weighing up the decisions now. Challenge this group of rowdy skanky ****ers and risk a load of verbal, maybe an assault and lose some trade, or just keep schtum sell them what they want and they'll go away ...

Yeah pretty much. Like public transport it's not actually that enforceable, people who really have their heart set on not wearing it will just say they have a medical condition of some sort and I doubt in practice shop staff are going to put up much argument.

Must say I feel for the ****s working in the shops tbh.

The death rates for shop workers and those in hospitality are hideously over represented already. I don't know the figures, but it is skewed out of all proportion. These poor ****ers are bearing the brunt of it all, on peanut wages too.

 

Get someone to film it, as we’d hate to miss this protest on our behalf.

Yep, they’re on the frontline.

Mind you, if it does get too hairy for them, they can always go and work in a pub or restaurant. It’s okay to not wear a mask in those places, because the virus knows you’re eating/drinking and won’t attack.

They’ll get less hassle in those places.

But that’s my last word on the subject.
