They didn’t expect it to come out. The story only saw the light of day because a neighbour saw him in Durham when he was supposed to be in London, and grassed him up to the press.

Even then the Guardian didn’t think they had much of a story, until they started digging and found other neighbours to corroborate the first one, which makes a bit of a nonsense of his claims that he self isolated when he got there.

The trip to the ****ing castle completely undermines everything else he said imo. He drove there to test his eyesight? Wtf?
The Barnard Castle trip was clearly just a day out with his family before he returned to London . Considering unless my maths is well out he was already past the 7 days isolation reqd (when you have had symptoms) so why they came out with such total bollocks to justify the trip is laughable .

He could've come out with pretty much any other excuse other than testing his eyesight by driving, it's like testing if something is poison or not by drinking it.

Just a paid lobbyist dude...... Gets things done for them and not the voting public who think they have choice.

Annunaki...i prefer that name if you don't mind :emoticon-0110-tongu
so why are we still doing massive amounts of business with the people who're funding the Palestinian's? If there's such a massive Zionist conspiracy., why are they actively working against it?

Do you actually ever think anything through at all?

Because there's all sorts of complications. His son didn't have any symptoms and as a member of the household would've been required to be isolated for 14 days. Also, there's the small matter of the country being in lockdown whether you had symptoms or not so he shouldn't have been driving 30 miles to anywhere. And just to top it off, nobody should've been sitting on a public bench which apparently he says they did.

The bollocks they came out with I put down to one of two possibilities - either a private joke to see how many dumbfcks would buy it and they could get away with, or it was literally the best they could come up with. Driving 30 miles with the family to take in the sights at a castle - there really isn't much he could've come up with that would've sounded any more plausible.

i'm still struggling with the logic of
" I think i may have Covid 19 and i know that can suddenly incapacitate you at which point i won't be able to look after my child. I know i'll drive 260 miles with my wife & child and hope to god i don't suddenly become incapacitated whilst doing 65 on the A1 "

He should ( Or rather his WIFE ) NEVER have left his home FFS

How many times do I have to repeat this :headbang::headbang::headbang:

It's a **** show.

The R value is close to 1, the deaths today is up 15% on a week ago. 90-95% have not yet been infected so there is no herd immunity.

I know let's go with the public who have decided '**** it' after seeing us not give a **** about following the rules.

It's just bare-faced pandering to the economy I'm afraid and to those within the government who want it over

The government were dragged kicking and screaming to a lockdown. They couldn't wait to get out of it quick enough and it's now largely because they don't want to be left behind those nations who ARE ready to ease controls.

The kids of all the colleagues I work with have been going to school during the whole pandemic. Just saying.

Schools have been running at about 10% of their usual pupil quota.

when you increase the numbers up to around 60-70% you increase the risk by the same ratio.
