I had a call from Surrey CCC yesterday asking whether I was going to book tickets for any of the T20 games this summer and letting me know that they’d extended the early bird discount date. I know it’s an irrelevance but the fact is that that has never happened before, the games usually get to close to capacity or sell out, which suggests their forward bookings are looking light. The next few months are going to be a bit surreal.

I haven't seen the photo (will flick back and look) but can you truthfully say it isn't?

Right, just had a look and can truthfully say i haven't got a clue what that is, could be a mass grave, could be waiting for trees to be planted or could even be ground in preparation for building work
