Complete rubbish. Throughout the pandemic Labour flip flopped and got just about every decision wrong. It was bad under the Tories but would have been a disaster under a Labour government.Talking Rubbish Beth

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE IN POWER TO SAY WHAT YOU WOULD DO. EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO WAS WRONG….Do you get it?You are not talking sense...Labour could not make any decisions..THEY WERE NOT IN CONTROL.
They had no say in this... The Conservatives made ALL THE DECISIONS..some they got right some they got wrong
Which is why I said I could not support my argument, that they would have done better and you cannot support the argument that they would have done worse.
Everything that happened was the responsibility of the government GOOD and BAD
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE IN POWER TO SAY WHAT YOU WOULD DO. EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO WAS WRONG….Do you get it?
Sounds like covid is soon to be a thing of the past! Obviously we will still catch it, spread it, get badly with it and some will die with it. We just dont want to ****ing know any numbers, so please dont test and please dont isolate.
Aye i was being a tad tongue in cheek Col.It's not a thing of the past in my ****ing house.
Cheers Col, genuine laugh out loud at that! It's not a thing of the past in my ****ing house.
Beth I understand that you don’t like the government… you have made this clear numerous times but you need to listen to what the opposition is saying. They have been wrong countless times.Like close the borders in early March 2020
Like set up a trace and track systems that were already in place using the contagious diseases system, that was overriden by Serco.
By not accepting the covid test system bought in by SERCO from China in April 2020, when proved by SAGE to be ineffective .costing tens of millions of pounds..that were just burnt
By not allowing people back into Care Homes who were covid positive.
Yes you can say anything you like in opposition...but the government makes the decisions.
The government got a lot wrong early on..
this was NOTHING to do with labour...who had no ability to change any decisions.
I missed this. Sorry to hear this Col.Had the worst sore throat I can ever remember having.
That's eased now, but have more of a cough. Nowhere near continuous though. Really hurts my throat when I cough.
Tried to look at a few details of our upcoming show this morning (not singing obviously) and really struggled to concentrate for more than a few minutes at a time. A very strange feeling.
I also get very tired after just a few minutes of doing something, even light stuff like cooking etc.
Still getting headache and now behind my ears are painful as if I'd been on a plane.
Fear I have a way to go yet mate!
I have to test 3 times a week at work… even after the restrictions are gone.Hope youre ok Col and the rest of yours. It was a post meant in utter shock at the soon to be new rules, or lack of as the case may be.

Hope you are feeling better. I. Not sure about this ‘don’t bother to isolate’ stuff.
Blimey mate.I know that mate.
I'm better than I was, but definitely worse than most of the others in our little 'control group'.
Worst sore throat I can ever remember has eased. Still a little sore and voice wiped out (MD may have to put contingencies in place for our show which opens in 17 days!).
Headeaches have eased and not much coughing, apart from clearing phlegm.
Strange tiredness though for no apparent reason and a real inability to concentrate, which is a really weird feeling.
Pretty pissed off tbh.
Amazingly, Mrs Rangercol hasn't succumbed which is quite an achievement I guess.
You wont have to do anythjng soon Ellers by the looks of it. Which then opens a can of worms. What if some employers demand lft tests? Will it be against the law to do so etc etcBlimey mate.
I haven’t said anything until now but I tested positive 3 weeks ago. I had a negative PCR on the Tuesday and I saw a faint line on my LFT on Thursday. On the Friday it was confirmed. I had to test 3 times a week for work. Luckily, because I wouldn’t have known I had it. All I had on the Saturday was a sniff and clear by Sunday. I had to wait 5 days to get a clear reading. TBH the psychological side of things was the worst part. I kept thinking of all those poor sods in hospital. I am all good now and happy I had to do LFT otherwise I would have been walking around positive.
I won’t get into the politics but I can understand why people think the easing of restrictions might cause a problem.
