****ing monumental

I wonder which one of the experts answered no to the questions
Should we stop plane loads of potentially sick people flying in and increasing the illness's spread
Should we even bother testing them before they travel to wherever they want
Why are borders around the world closing
Shall we wait for the Swedish experts

Level four of lockdown ends tonight
Judging by the ammount of cars parked in my street on Saturday night it's already over
Level three for two weeks so we can see what happens

5 new cases
1449 in total
1180 have recovered

1 new death
19 in total
13 from two resthomes

123,920 tests carried out

I go back to work tomorrow but really I need another four weeks off to do all the things that I was going to do during lockdown
Where has the time gone

Apparently not a single kiwi has listened to the American presidents bleach advice
How dare they not listen to the leader of the free world

With so much pressure to ease the lockdown, what do the ‘experts’ and ‘scientists’ here (and by ‘here’ I mean not606ers) believe the approach should be?
I’m genuinely interested to hear your views as you have vested much time and learning to the growth of the pandemic.

I don’t mean to sound negative on this one but I honestly worry as a society we’re a mix of too thick/selfish to be trusted to do this responsibly. They loosened the restrictions very slightly and people took the piss over the weekend.

The first two things have to be firstly catching up on the backlog of important operations that have been delayed and created another huge problem down the road. The care home situation is scandalous but the horse has bolted in all those homes it’s in. Secondly getting a very limited number of people back into work. **** knows who as we’re in all likelihood still seeing close to a thousand deaths a day all in and it feels too early for any talk of immediately loosening restrictions. This trending Lockdown End movement is dangerous IMO.

Our dear leader is about to address the nation following his record low stint in ICU and three week recovery. Not that I’m sceptical of that, of course.

What a stupid comment from Kay Burley on Sky shouting to Chris Whitty as he is going into No 10: “mr Whitty are you pleased to see the PM back” then turns to camera “or not”? Tw2t.
