You are certainly right Ellers. Every sniffle is Covid ...we have forgotten about coughs, colds sore throats and hay fever.
Thank you for your concern, am a bit shaken by the GHoop tirade too.
I think my right of free speech/lefty leaning side let it go on far too long.

Not sure if any of you good people have ever passed by the mad ruse of the Prem board.
Generally it's where all the nutters go to spread their wings away from the moderation of the Prem club boards. Obviously I'm mad as well, as I seem to live there these days. Not as bad as GC I hasten to add.
Anyway to my point...
Any of you guise heard of a username HiaG?
Often frequented the Prem board and at other times, less so, on his own club board Spurs. He was what I would best call in my most politest sense, an anti vaxxer.
He was always known for being a good wind-up merchant, or as a self acclaim 'Master Wum' - a seemingly intelligent guy in a good profession, I quite liked him but he eventually left the forum, after deeply insulting another member, and having some strong views about the vaccine, oh and the 'flu'.
Sadly his stubborness took its toll in the last few weeks at the mere age of 58 with no underlying health conditions.
Yup, covid got him, all because he wouldn't have the vaccine. Sad really, very sad. I couldn't really think of a better reason to go get the jab if you knew him.

Why would someone supposedly as intelligent as you waste so much of his time trying to ruin a forum for everybody because of one poster?
Considering what you say is happening in the world, and what is about to happen....surely you have more important things to do?
You should have seen what he did to his mrs for cheating......he vaccinated her!

Those who refuse to be vaccinated, with no medical reason not to, should be refused NHS care if they then catch covid.
I’m hearing of anti-vaxxers using up ICU beds in London at vast expense to the taxpayer.
Let them pay for their own stupidity & selfishness.

Dont forget the drug users, drinkers and those who get injured doing sports of their own free will
Or potholers. If they get stuck, it costs a fortune to rescue them.
I'd say it should be banned, but I suppose it would just go underground.
And those people who get sick … they’re a drain in the NHS!!
