1 You should (when you are feeling better, this will be very short term I’m sure) report the reaction - https://coronavirus-yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/ These vaccines have been tested far less than usual before being rolled out, they really need all the feedback they can get to improve future versions (we will be having these for decades). In the meantime lie down and try to guess Warburton’s substitution strategy for tomorrow.
Im pretty sure I got the virus on the Sunday, had the jab on the Wednesday, was feeling ****e by Thursday, positive test on the Friday....that was Pziezer. To be honest Bob, I’ve heard a good few people feeling rough after either jab so wouldn’t be too concerned.....just try and rest up. I’m hoping Stans previous post abut people having the virus at the time of the first jab may make them “super immune” has some truth in it.
Throw your hat in to the ring at the end of the season if we are now on the start of a run of games where we lose everything to everybody. What's your Plan B for when we need grind out results. Give a good answer and you'll have us all demanding that Warbles is sacked in the morning and replaced by you. At least you won't be whining about tiredness all the time.
I'm actually moaning to the Mrs about tiredness now!. I must find my letter from Bill Kenwright when I applied for the Everton post many years ago. Just passed my UEFA B and thought I would apply for a laugh seeing that David Platt had landed the Bari job with lesser qualifications. Was hugely surprised to get a reply.
I was the same Bob, first night ached all over, flu-like symptoms, got little sleep. Took a couple of paracetamol and gradually improved and was OK by 3rd day. Worthwhile if it's effective but I won't be relishing the 2nd shot if it's the same symptoms after...
You'll be glad you've had it mate, the missing Brazilian carrier has been found in your neck of the woods.... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-56298931
I've been thinking the same regarding the 2nd shot. Might re-book it for a friday to recover over the weekend.
Yes, just seen a local report it's in South Norwood. Apparently everyone living in my area over 16 years old will have to take a test. Something else to look forward to...
Same here Soop, I heard it was in Croydon & I live in Shirley, so hearing it was in Norwood was a relief but not for you unfortunately
I'm quite relieved to hear others felt the same way (not that I wish it on anyone), starting to pick up now.
I found the paracetamol helped, 2 doses about 6 hours apart. The bruise from the jab took 5 days to wear off...
Yeah I've been taking paracetamol today and its helped. No bruising on the arm. I'm used to needles with the amount of ink on my body.
Bloody hell, either you have hyper sensitive skin and bruise very easily or whoever injected you was a klutz.
I'm beginning to think that the person doing my jab must have missed completely. I literally didn't feel it, had no bruise and no side effects.
The ironic thing is, it took a vaccine to help nullify a disease that could stop me working to actually take a day off! My mrs even said she couldnt remember the last day off I had due to illness. Must be over a decade.
