The govt are stretching the limits of the data they promised to use. Then they invent a green watch list out of the green (blue?). I see it as a way of getting people to have the 2 jabs. Some countries will now let people in without a test as long as 2 jabs have been administered. So the jabs are free but tests to fly are not.
