It's worse now, my Aunt used to live just off princess rd, it was fine in the daytime, walked to my first Leeds game at Main road from there, been Manchester International concert venue there as well, 30 years ago, every car on the main road had a window smashed in and robbed, when we came out, but that was then, It's worse now, every shop has to have metal roller shutters, most have it screened off inside as well to stop robbery, the place I work don't have any shops right in Moss side just one on the outskirts, yes we've been armed robbed in a daytime delivery, not me personally although I have delivered to the same shop. Look forward to tommo doing his walk at night, won't just give him a pint, will try get him a medal lol
Ah now cars were always targets in that area but the one time I saw the kids doing my car they were both white and quicker runners than me.

Are you seriously suggesting people who might be third or fourth generation should go live somewhere else because of a perceived injustice to them?
If they think that mob rule has a right to overturn democracy yes, the same goes for whites with infinite generations of living here, we are a democracy, if you don't like it fook off, because the MAJORITY do.

Britain isn't the USA Jonny, three people died at the hands of the police in the UK last year, and one of them was a terrorist stabbing people, while racism does and probably always will exist, it's nothing like America here.

I'm not talking about the UK. I visit every year or two for 7-10 days. I'm in no position to be expert on your country. That said we know about bad periods in every country's history. Lets stick with Leeds United and racism. 1980s. National Front. Perhaps we have some people who were engaged in that. Would anyone own up to that here. Hmmmm :emoticon-0138-think

I'm not sure what Manchester international concert venue is, and I've lived there for 25 years. For the last ten years I've lived within a mile of Princess Road, and I can confirm that none of the above is true.

Manchester International 2 was a concert venue, Plymouth Grove Manchester, bulldozed now, you don't know much about where you say you live do you. Bullshit.

OK. So it wasn't called Manchester International and it closed six years before I moved here. You're right, as always, and I'm making it up. Everything you say is true and nobody else's experience matters. I cycle through Moss Side every day on the way to work and it's hell dodging all the petrol bombs.

What really scares me though is the fact that you don't even seem to understand that you're a racist.

Yes it was called Manchester international but it had the number 2 after it, didn't think this would confuse you so much, but it obviously did. <doh>
It closed in 92 so you need to chk your maths as you've lost a few years, since you said you've lived there 25 years, maybe go back and make up another number.
If being angry with people vandalising my grandparents war memorials makes me a racist then yes I always will be,because I will never accept this.
