I've spent 10 years working around Greater Manchester, and have family living there, they tell me it's not safe for a white person to walk through places like Moss Side. I will believe people who live there as opposed to someone who's driven through the city centre.
And that's why he's locked up, same as the black people fighting police should be, same rules for all.

The point they become Citizens, or have the right to vote, the right to loot, vanderlise, attack police, they will never have that right.

I used to live in Whalley Range it wasn't bad, I went through Moss Side everyday, I turned out OKYes OK princess road at night, Manchester, when you going to do it, and film it until they take your phone.

Not in the last 10 years, I lived there when it was bad, and caught the bus or, yes, walked.
Everybody in Australia, who is a citizen is required to vote. We all vote black, white, green, yellow and purple.
What about black perivilage then, being able to walk down any road without getting murdered for your colour, if your white try walking through Harlem, East LA, the Bronx, or in the UK, East London,parts of Luton, Rochdale, and Oldham without getting set upon. If the police pull you over, try giving them your documents instead of abuse, fighting with them, went school with a fair few Blacks and yes about 50% of them are drug dealers,compared to a few % of white people I know, that's not a privilage it's a choice we made. Not having teachers who expect you to fail ? You do know that Blacks are doing better at school than whites don't you ? As Denzel Washington said being Black is used as an excuse for failure or not trying, the USA has had a Black president, successful actors, many Black people are top of the ladder in sports and many many things, Britain is probably the most diverse country in the world, where if you work hard you can do well, ask the thousands waiting to sneek in at Calais, do you think they are trying to get here because they want to be oppressed, when they do get here, they get given accommodation, benefits while white locals get the perivilage of sleeping on the streets, go to Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Jamaica and as a white person ask for accommodation and benefits and see what you get. Of course there is some racism, but go to Black dominated countries, and you will see, it's as bad and probably much worse against whites.

I agree there are plenty of problems everywhere. I am concerned about the USA, my chosen country. There are deep rooted problems that have never been addressed properly. The legacy of slavery, which was brought to an end in the civil war in the 1860s (yet some idiots still display the confederate flag - a symbol of treason and slave domination), yet it was 100 years before a civil rights law was passed to ensure their freedom. The 1960s is only a generation away from us. A period of extreme violence in an attempt to keep "people in their place." Ongoing bad killings by police officers whose lives are not endangered in their situations.
They cycle of poverty and jail time is very difficult to break. White privilege does not make it any easier, its just the reality. I'm sorry if that's a concept that is just too difficult to process.,
It's worse now, my Aunt used to live just off princess rd, it was fine in the daytime, walked to my first Leeds game at Main road from there, been Manchester International concert venue there as well, 30 years ago, every car on the main road had a window smashed in and robbed, when we came out, but that was then, It's worse now, every shop has to have metal roller shutters, most have it screened off inside as well to stop robbery, the place I work don't have any shops right in Moss side just one on the outskirts, yes we've been armed robbed in a daytime delivery, not me personally although I have delivered to the same shop. Look forward to tommo doing his walk at night, won't just give him a pint, will try get him a medal lol

Are you seriously suggesting people who might be third or fourth generation should go live somewhere else because of a perceived injustice to them?
Britain isn't the USA Jonny, three people died at the hands of the police in the UK last year, and one of them was a terrorist stabbing people, while racism does and probably always will exist, it's nothing like America here.
