The point is the Italians are getting over 400 a day dying. It does not feel like it’s so bad here but if you say we are 2 weeks behind and move the graph by two weeks our graph follows theirs closely. In fact this report says our numbers are rising quicker. So we better be happy with a lot of people dying or pray the government did not take action too slowly.

The average person is probably stopping at two supermarkets as they’re all out of stock, they’re stopping at every corner shop or small independent on the way and I assume they’re all receiving some change in the form of loose change and new plastic notes, are the PDQ machines keypads being sterilised after each use? No social gatherings but supermarkets are fine, it’s a joke
