Ok then buy some dodgy dollars off him.

Oiy, that was private between me and you![]()

Make sure they haven't got a picture of Elvis on them.![]()

I aint supid, will get delivery before paying![]()
Hope to yes![]()

Don't think he'll take denominations of more a 1000, maybe if you pay in real estate he'd go for it.
Marylebone Station and The Old Kent Rd would probably do the business.![]()

Strange really, i asked him for £3mil on the Arsenal board and he answered on here. I prefer to do business with people who pay attention to detail![]()

Only £3m?, that's pocket money to you.![]()
Ibe is certainly talented and become better than Sterling IMO.
But that doesn't stop us from signing quality players if we sold Sterling. As mentioned, Depay and Firmino would cost half of what we sell Sterling for, and are already better and have more potential.
I rather we sell Lallana, buy one of the players above and keep Sterling.
Who?
Never seen these players play, will the fit the liverpool style....would the come.....would they settle into lif in England(assuming they are from overseas)
Depay plays in Holland.
Firmino has been one of the standout performers over past 2 years.
Nothing to suggest they wouldn't settle in England - more so than if we were to sign English players.
Do you think that was a stamina problem? it seems lots of players suffer from it these days which baffles me.
Are they both Sterling type players?
If so then the alleged cost of Sterling may mean you get outbid by City and others willing to offer more while Sterling stays? Sure Rodgers isn't the only one looking at these two?
Yes - quick, direct, creative, better decision making and more refined. They score more goals as well.
I think we could sell Sterling for £40-50m - he's certainly not worth that but he's already a good player with world class potential, plus he's English. Anything less than £40m and I wouldn't sell.
Sell for £40m and we can sign 2-3 quality players to boost the first team - providing Rodgers doesn't waste it on Soton mediocrity again!

Will we get that much for him given his poor form and the fact that he has only a year left on his contract? What did RvP go for to Utd? £20m ish wasn't it?
I think he's been tapped up and is being a mercenary......time to let go, he isn't that great atm anyway and his decision making, final ball and shooting hasn't improved one iota. He can be very direct though and cause chaos in a back line.....we'd miss that![]()
I'm sure he has more time on his current deal though? And if we do, we have the leverage.
Giving a young player over £100k a week is not good for the club - what happens in 1-2 years time? Give him £200k? It's not sustainable and quite frankly, it's not deserved yet.

I thought it was 18 months left at Christmas. May be wrong![]()
Hmmm not sure - wonder if anyone else can confirm?
