Pretty sure Castro is a sceptic of man-made climate change. Considering the general consensus among climatologists is that humans are responsible for the current state of global warming due to greenhouse gas emissions, that would, shockingly, make Castro a swivel-eyed nutcase who believes in wild conspiracy theories.

Who would've thunk it, eh?

Who was responsible for climate change millennia ago? It was far warmer in this country during Romsn time than now. Did the greenhouse gas emissions causing this comd from 4 wheel drive chariots? They regularly used to hold fairs on the frozen Thames a couple of centuries of so ago. Climates have always changed.
Of course the explosion in population and modern technology has led to an acceleration of change. But the climate has always changed dramatically from extremely hot to ice ages and back again (we spent the 1960s listening to griim warnings about an impending ice age) long before there were any humans on the planet.

My view is that the man made, not man made argument is a bit of a Cnut's trick.

The climate will change, that's a fact. We need to work out the best way to prepare so that future generations are best able to adapt how they live.

The consensus among climatologists is that the the ozone layer is being damaged at an alarming rate because of greenhouse gas emissions, which we are responsible for due to our persistent use of fossil fuels. You're right that the climate changes naturally over millennia but the whole point is that it shouldn't be changing this drastically at this moment in time and it's largely due to humans and their consumption of fossil fuels. If the planet continues at this rate without reducing or abandoning completely our use of fossil fuels, low-lying countries like the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark will be under water in 50 years time because of rising sea levels.

More damage is done by the methane in the emissions from cattle than the emissions from motor cars apparently.

Would that benefit us in the euros?

Well, we're the ones who breed cattle on a massive scale to sustain our massive population. So methane emissions from cattle are largely man-made as well.

Where have I said that? Or done that?

You said as a scientist you found it worrying. I find it worrying you seem to accept half-baked theories and believe aliens have visited on no evidence whatsoever.

BTW, make your mind up. One moment I am someone who believes everything I am told the best I am a cynic.

You don't have to look too far to see the effect of bullshit on the atmosphere.

What a shame none of them thought to take a close up photo of any of them. Unexplained sightings of lights and shapes sreUFOs not craft sightings.

Which reliable people have said they exist? Any links to them?
Ex Canadian defence minister went in record stating aliens are here already

I said you were a sceptic.

I can only go on what I'm told, photos I'm shown, people I've met, experiences I've had. It's not like I've just invented a point of view, it's come from over a decade of research, interviews and meetings. If I told you everything I'd learned and you said you didn't believe me, I wouldn't care one jot. I'm not out to make people believe it. If I offered you that chance and you said you weren't interested because you thought it was bullshit, then I'd be very disappointed. It doesn't sound like you've read much on any of the topics mentioned, as your opinion is typical of somebody who is afraid of digging deeper.
