Global Warming, the facts from scientists and governments........
We are major contributors to the recent global warming and threatened rise in sea levels.
We have absolutely no idea how much of that warming we are responsible for (as the IPCC admit) but we know that if we cut our output down by 2% we will keep the sea levels to an acceptable limit (don't ask how we know, we just do)
Carbon emissions are the main cause of global warming so we will limit the amount of carbon large company's can produce by inventing carbon credits.
Don't worry too much about this because, if you don't use your full allowance you can sell them (it makes you money and the traders money, win win) because it doesn't really make a difference anyway. If it did then the less carbon produced the better but there would be no money made.
At the moment there are lots of people getting large grants for investigating all this and it should keep them in clover for many years, it worked wonders for the ones who predicted the coming ice age back in the 60s and 70s, you know them, the scientists
