Unfortunately he plays for Man City.
It is bizarre that our only win in ten games was a battering of Liverpool and one of the other two points came from a top three side.
Just as well we won so much when Pearson came in.
That was clearly just a new manager bounce.
That last minute Villa goal might do for us.
We really do slip down the league or pick up basically no points near the end of a season don't we..
IF we did go down would you do this for the Championship?

BTW They all say how rubbish Mariappa is but it looks like we've kept most of our clean sheets with him in the team..
In a central defensive role maybe rather than at right back where he is exposed more.
Maybe shows our other defenders aren't a lot better...
Or maybe again that was our peak with Saar/GD and Deeney all playing well.
