Rocky I admit to being the thickest techno person on the planet with no embarrassment. I hate anything that can remotely be called a gadget and if anything has more than a few buttons I'm bolloxed. My only saving grace on a computer is I can touch type so appear at least as if I know what I'm doing. I babysat the grandkids at my son's one evening and he had 3 remotes on his table and I didn't know which one worked what so read a book. My son just looks into his head in despair most of the time.

I sometimes wonder how we coped before the internet. I can remember being scared to use the phone, having a black & white tv with no remote, and even not having a TV. I wonder what people did before radio was invented.
I still manage without a mobile though. I was OK when a mobile phone was a mobile phone (ie it allowed you to make and receive calls). But now, all this swiping, enlarging etc and constant interruptions .... Bloody things drive me mad.

I use my phone to send text messages,calls and an alarm clock. I can access the internet on it but it confuses me so i wait until i get home to use my laptop. Thank god i'm not the only one on here who hasn't a bloody clue about technology,still at least i'm better than greeny as i can quote someones post
