If I had the choice at the moment of 11 points + MON + Short and Quinn or 26 points + Pardew + Ashley and Labia I know which one I would take....I like to take the long term view.
As I said at the start of this thread, let the mags have their fun this season, I don't think its possible to catch them this year. You never know though, who knows what Ashley will do in Jan to **** them up.

You are playing well, fair play to you, in all honesty did you really expect to be where you are now? i doubt it. You are punching above your weight so enjoy it while it lasts. We have been performing well below what we are capable of, that will change, yes it will take time to change but it will change. I reckon we'll be very close to each other in the table come the end of the season.
