The substitutions certainly worried Hill, and shows that the players didn't necessarily respond well to his actions. I doubt a Norwich player would yell that at Lambert.

I know he is a figure of fun but didn't he have a perfectly valid point about being sacked while out of the bottom three? It's easy to forget in the euphoria of being top half but had we been in QPR's position we would have all been behind PL and saying what a great job he was doing.At the start of the season everyone was saying that 17th would be a great result.
