I wonder what brought that back to you,Spurf?

Now you've done it. It's made me remember Richard Dimblebe and his "Down Your Way" visiting Tottenham...……..
The programme is still going Smithy every week on BBC Radio 4

Indeed, but it puts £40m hole in the cashflow. On top of a couple of million for each match that is postponed. So that's £60m by the end of May. Similar numbers could bankrupt half the PL and most of the FL.
Tbh it would not surprise me to see Championship or Premier league clubs in a seriously bad state at the end of this.

Obviously I don’t want anyone to lose their job or go bankrupt but right now football and even Spurs doesn’t feel important at all.

...and in case anyone's dumb enough to mouth off at the club releasing them, Levy's way ahead of you
We are painfully aware that it seems wholly inappropriate to be giving any attention to the prior year’s financial results at a time when so many individuals and businesses face worrying and difficult times. We are however legally required to announce these by 31 March 2020.

...why yes, there are plenty of people dumb enough to mouth off at the club releasing them on Twitter, almost as if none of them bothered to ****ing read it before posting the same three JPEGs in roughly the same order

Special mention goes to this ****wad
