I think as PNP just said acknowledging the mistake is the first sign of ideally moving forward.
It sounds like in so many words there's huge regret over the Jose appointment, talk of DNA and hiring a coach who plays attacking football is pretty damning. Though the club themselves has lost its DNA, not just the managerial hire.
A lot of fixing and making amends is needed but I'm glad it looks like Levy is at least seeing some mistakes.
EDIT: Though talking about how important it is to have fans back and then charging them £60 really sort of makes him look stupid.
