All that needs to happen wp, is a bunch of grown men with so called ball sacks need to appreciate the time and effort posters,mods etc put into this forum..
I personally think this is bollocks, you're starting a 'Sack the Mod thread cos one man isn't happy? FFS what next? I'm all for democracy but this is daft. Carry on doing the job the way you have been, this site runs very well thanks to the present set of MOD's, what change?
I'm just sick to the back teeth of complaints now mate. Too many too often. I thought this would either get people to shut the **** up with the moaning or it would give us an out.
We don't tend to much modding and trust people as adults to act accordingly. We're a bunch of ****ing mugs.
I don't quite understand this closing of thread lark its as though you are saying it will run for ever unless you close it, it will just shut itself when people get bored ( unless its smug of course )lol.
Hear where you're coming from mate, I used to be one along with Gonads and Syd so I understand. To be perfectly honest the site is run very well and there will always be the odd bell end just as there always has been, don't chuck it just cos of that.
In my case I chucked it cos of work commitments, being away from home and not always having access to a decent network, so I can understand someone not wanting to do it for personal reasons. But, you guys do a ****ing good and at times thankless job and it would be a shame to see any of you go, so don't let the bastards grind you down mate.

As an ex MOD as was the above poster, I agree completely.
For the newer posters on here I jacked in being a moderator, I was one of the first on here, I knew as the forum grew I couldn't be moderate in either language or deed.
For ****s sake I had people whining about swearing on a ****ing football forum!
Pointing out the turn off swearing feature wasn't good enough for them. Twats!
If you have a problem stick it up and lets discuss it like adults.
