I must admit to using we a lot when writing. I think it's because I have to write e-mails and letters a lot for work on behalf of the business.
I'm surprised we're still going with my grammar

I accept your last paragraph, totally. The rest I don't agree. I believe there are a number of fans here, I'm one, who would like him to stay and would be disappointed if he doesn't. I still say you're better off saying "I"
As then at least you know for sure the view is correct![]()
I speak for myself and my views are my own. I don't presume to speak for anyone else and that is just how it should be on this forum.
Well you occasionally speak for the lovely Mrs Godders, but I've always assumed that's because she said you could.
Indeed. I agree with you FLT. I never presume to speak for anyone else but me.I accept your last paragraph, totally. The rest I don't agree. As the late Roger Moore said, I always have the last word with the women in my life and that word is 'yes.'Not only because she said I could but also exactly what she told me I could say.

Strange that St Etienne might consider Puel given that he was previously at Lyon. The two teams are rivals and the emergence of OL seen at the expense of St. Etienne is viewed with hostility. It wold be interesting to see how St Etienne supporters view this. On the face of things, it could work out well for both St Etienne and Saints.
'No' can be used in some contexts.I keep telling my wife that one day I will say "no" to her. She just looks and shakes her head.
'No' can be used in some contexts.
'Do you mind cutting that massive hedge with shears?'
'No, dear.'
