clattenberg innocent!

aye, used to be on there a lot. i take it red bars aren't good :)

I suppose it depends on your point of view but not usually considered good. I'm not allowed on there, if I post anything at all I get abused and lots of funny pictures that are supposed to be me are posted.

Why should Chelsea apologise? Am I missing something here?

Ramires thought he heard something so they reported it. They couldn't find any evidence of Clattenburg saying this so they dropped the case. That should be the end of it, surely?

They shouldn't have to & the FA haven't criticised them either, in fact they've said they did the right thing in reporting the incident.

All a bit odd, it seemed at the time that it was sour grapes from Chelsea, but Clittenberg is such a bell end that anything is possible with him, so it didn't seem totally unbelievable. Hardly a shocker he's been cleared though.....

That would make sense, but the FA are also taking the chance to charge Mikel, I think because in the account of what happened he might have admitted swearing. Interetsingly, when Evra admitted using abusive language towards Suarez in that case he was praised for being honest about it rather than being charged.

conspiraaacccceeeeeee

Im thinking the charge might relate to the chelsea player storming the refs dressing room and threatening him.

Inconsistency. I wouldn't credit the FA with the necesary intelligence and organisation to perpetrate a conspiracy (which applies to most conspiracy theories).

In fairness you're guessing at the reason they've charged him & the comparison with St Luis of Anfield isn't necessary relevant.
