Just what exactly is your club's stance on Rangers and the newco. You appear to be leaving the rest of us to make your decision for you.

For a club that constantly bangs on about "integrity" and "clarification" the silence from your club is deafening.

What all the other clubs want is clarification on your club's stance. Or are you too scared to come out publically and denounce the newco and it's acceptance into Scottish Football and cop out and leave the dirty work to the rest of us?

It appears to most of us that, secretly, Celtic Football Club really does need the Old Rangers.

What are the fan's thoughts on the newco?

do remind me where the club has been "banging on" about integrity and clarification with regard to this matter wont you? and who is "most of us" - i doubt you have had a poll to gauge even your own fans thoughts on celtic never mind other teams

I think waiting to see El Diddy Clubs ulterior motives is the reason for the hold up

If newco get an escape route and we are hit with a bill from the SPL for our own season ticket money...well I think we might just buy Portsmouth

As you know fine well, ER, if Lawell had stated he was going to vote against a Newco, the paper backlash would've been monumental, causing other teams to vote them in.

You would've been on here claiming Celtic were "opportunistic" etc.

The Parkhead mailbox would be incinerated

I don't agree with everything he does but, on this, Lawell has played a blinder.

So basically your waiting to find out what everyone else is doing before releasing any statement.

Of course its just sheer professionalism from Lawell and Co, not saying anything, keeping quiet.

There is something very weird about that, oh thats right, Lawell is never ****ing quiet and always quite happy to stick the boot it.

Whats the difference now?

the difference is it suits us

what is wrong with that?

should we have an ex player come out, address 1500 people, not answer pertinent questions and then swear?

we will keep our own counsel

It's a good thing all the other clubs have went public with they're intentions, saved mr lawell a tough decision.

You've used up one of the deflects, only 2 left get them while they are hot folks.
