Has anybody had communication about how UK and Overseas subscriptions are (or aren't) being transferred over from TigersTV to IFollow? I seem to recall something a while ago that said information about subscriptions transferring over will follow. Easy to appreciate that there will have been a shedload of work going on behind the scenes with all this stuff, but still, seems very last minute and surely there could be communication updates & clarifications given?

I sent an inquiry to the TigersTV site providers asking that very question a few days ago. No response. They have been decent in reponding in the past. Hull City's web site ( posted link by someone else on here - this thread) indicated contact would be made to subscribers. I am a subscriber. No communication so far. The new web site mentions NOTHING about how to transfer from TigersTV to iFollow, or what happems with the automatic payments via credit card.

Pathetic business operation and weak customer service.
Lets hope the team is better this season.

I've asked this earlier - is there a Hull City AFC or KCom Stadium customer Service phone number I could use. I can't find one published on ant Hull City internet stuff.

Following the toys coming out of the pram, re Radio Humberside. Are browsers now banned from the website?

There is now a link to i-follow on the Tigers TV website. I have just registered with i-follow and paid for the Gillingham game

Peter

Having registered I'm having a problem moving to pay for the next game. Just getting a bouncing ball icon which I can't shift.

Thanks, but ...... Tigers TV website doesn't exist anymore? I can see that you can now register & subscribe on the OWS for the new iFollow platform, but I'm meaning what is happening to those who had ongoing subscriptions with Tigers TV? Has anything been said about how the subscription is transferred over ... or is it a case of everyone having to start again from scratch, in which case what have monthly or yearly subscribers been paying for during these past couple of months?! Hope that makes sense.
